Hillside Retreat Detox Center Has Closed

As of May 28, 2026, Hillside Retreat Detox Center is no longer accepting admissions or providing detox or residential treatment services.

Former patients, families, providers, and authorized representatives may use this page to request medical records, contact billing, or ask about transition-of-care documentation.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe withdrawal symptoms, thoughts of self-harm, or any immediate safety concern, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For mental health or substance use crisis support, call or text 988.

To request records, please contact us by phone or email. To help us locate the correct file, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Full legal name of the patient
  • Date of birth
  • Approximate dates of treatment, if known
  • Best phone number and email for follow-up
  • Whether the request is from the patient, legal guardian, provider, attorney, or authorized representative
  • Any signed authorization forms, if applicable
